WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within ~2 weeks. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide with the exception of any countries currently sanctioned by the United States government. All international shipments are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped from USA.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. You may contact your local customs office for more information. Please include correct telephone contact information with your order to ensure that you can be reached in the case of a customs issue
I'M HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE TRACKING.
Tracking information may not be updated for up to 48 hours in the shipping carrier’s network. If there is no update or movement after that time, please contact merch@toxicskullsclub.io for assistance.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE LOOKS LIKE IT WAS TAMPERED WITH?
Please contact our merch@toxicskullsclub.io and include photos of the damaged packaging.
HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We can only update order details for unfulfilled orders. If you have not yet received a shipping notification, please email us at merch@toxicskullsclub.io and include your order number and correct shipping address.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT! WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Although it is uncommon, a carrier may mistakenly mark a package delivered before making the delivery, or they may deliver it to the wrong address. If you do not receive your package within 72 hours from when tracking shows it was delivered, please contact us at merch@toxicskullsclub.io to start an investigation.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM I RECEIVED FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Due to the limited nature of our products, items will sell out and are never restocked.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order using the link in your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
CAN I CHANGE OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final.
WHY WAS MY PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER?
A package may be returned by the carrier if the shipping address is invalid or missing a unit number. The carrier may also return your package if it goes unclaimed due to a signature required. If your package is returned to the sender, you can contact us at merch@toxicskullsclub.io . You will need to re-pay shipping fees to reship the package.
MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS THAT AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY OF MY PARCEL WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
If a carrier is unable to access your location, or if they are unable to obtain a signature when required, you will see an attempted delivery status in the tracking info. Most carriers will attempt delivery three times before returning to sender. You will need to re-pay shipping fees to reship the package.
